By submitting a project inquiry or engaging ACRELY (Andrew Contracting Services) for contracting work, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

ACRELY provides interior, exterior, and specialized contracting services including but not limited to:

• Cleaning, repair, renovation, and installation services
• Project consultations and estimates
• Material sourcing and project management

3. Project Inquiries

Submitting a project inquiry does not constitute a binding contract. All project details, timelines, and pricing will be confirmed in a separate written agreement before work begins.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Project estimates are provided in good faith based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Site inspection findings
• Changes in material costs
• Scope modifications requested by the client
• Unforeseen conditions or complications

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information
• Ensuring site access for consultations and work
• Obtaining necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed)
• Timely payment according to agreed terms

6. Safety and Liability

ACRELY prioritizes safety on all projects. We maintain appropriate insurance and follow industry safety standards. Clients will be notified of any safety concerns that may affect project execution.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies and refund terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

8. Limitation of Liability

ACRELYs liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to arbitration in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
